FRESH MANTLE THROUGH PRAYER

SCRIPTURE: Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. – Hebrews 4:16
 
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To stand with God is to be anointed
 
God created you with a mandate of fulfilling His purpose for your life (Jeremiah 1:5).
 
Therefore, the mantle is all that you need in order to fulfil this purpose for your life.
It is important to know that fresh mantles are received at the place of prayer.
 
Now, what are the dimensions of mantles at the place of prayer?
1. Grace: The throne of prayer is the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Grace is a mantle.
2. Fresh Oil: The place of prayer is the place of fresh oil. 
To stand with God is to be anointed. God’s Presence is an oil depot.
3. Power: The place of prayer is the place of power. (Acts 4:31-33)
4. Strength: The place of prayer is the place of strength. (Isaiah 40:31)
Therefore, to be prayer-less is to be mantle-less; to be prayer-less is to be graceless, oil-less and powerless.
 
What then is the secret of connecting the mantle?
 
It is passionate praying (James 5:16).
 
My counsel is, make up your mind to connect the mantle meant for your life for the fulfilment of your destiny and the handling of every reproach of life.
 
Remember this: To stand with God is to be anointed.

2. Make demands on the mantle to fulfil your assignment at the place of prayer.
