SCRIPTURE: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. – John 3:16
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: You will not miss direction in life if you embrace God’s love.
Love is the nature of God. He delights in showing love. This was why He sent His only Begotten Son to die on the Cross for our sins. The love of God restored us to God after the fall of man in the Garden of Eden.
It is important to understand the dimensions of God’s love in order to embrace it.
Now, what are the dimensions of God’s love?
a) Delivering love.
Delivering love is God’s love that delivers people from destructions on earth and damnation in hellfire. Therefore, if you accept God’s love by surrendering your life to Christ, you are delivered from every form of destruction of the devil on earth and eternal torment in hell.
b) Direction-giving love
God’s love gives direction. Jesus, who is the product of God’s love, came to show us the way to the Father (John 14:6). You will not miss direction in life if you embrace the love of God.
My counsel is, embrace the love of God; accept Jesus into your life and develop a relationship with God. If you do this, you will experience the manifestation of God’s love in your life.
Remember this: You will not miss direction in life if you embrace the love of God.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Accept the love of God; surrender your life to Jesus Christ (if you have not done so).
2. Remain in the love of God by developing a steady relationship with God.
