PRAYER AND DIVINE GUIDANCE

SCRIPTURE: I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the Lord answered me, and said, write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. – Habakkuk 2:1-2
 
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Direction is key to acceleration in life and destiny.
 
Direction (guidance) refers to the course which one’s life is taking or pointed towards. When this course is ordered and directed by God, it is called Divine direction or guidance. 
 
Divine direction is one of the greatest assets in life. Direction is key to acceleration in life and destiny. The worst thing that can happen to anyone is to travel fast in the wrong direction.
 
How then can you access Divine direction?
It is at the place of prayer! (Jeremiah 33:1-3).
 
Dimensions of Direction at the place of prayer:
1. Vision for the future
This is the understanding of God’s purpose for your life. You take delivery of the vision at the place of prayer.
 
2. Direction for daily living
This is the understanding of what to do daily. It is also connected at the place of prayer
 
3. Revelation and wisdom for profitable living
This is tapping into the revelations of how your life can be profitable and productive. This is the revelation God gave to Solomon at the place of prayer (1 Kings 3:5-7). 
 
I prophesy the impartation of the Spirit of wisdom on you in Jesus’ Name.
 
Remember this: Direction is key to acceleration in life and destiny.
 
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Make up your mind not to take any step until the right path of life is discovered.
2. Ask God for the revelation of the dimensions of direction outlined above at the place of prayer.
 
PRAYER: O LORD, I ask for a clear direction for my life and destiny. Help me LORD not to miss my path in life, in Jesus’ Name.
